Action against Solicitors

Most people feel that if they have a complaint against a solicitor for any reason they won't get any where.

We believe all legal professionals should be accountable for their negligence or misconduct.

The initial Complaint will go through the Solicitor who you are complaining against which we feel is not acceptable.

We are talking to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) now to have this stopped and an independent group should be aloud to investigate the legal company being complained against.

Until then we have to put up with the present complaints procedure.

So if you have a complaint contact us and we will help you start the process.

We have had success in gaining payments for Professional Negligence and are presently dealing with a high profile case which could end up with the legal companies involved being shut down and the Solicitors involved never being able to act as Solicitors again.

If your initial complaint is not accepted there are several routes to continue forward the one used by the Legal profession is the Legal Ombudsman which can be lengthy and end up with no further progress than when you started.

Our standard method is direct contact with the Legal practice by claiming Professional Negligence and even if the do not uphold your claim then going direct to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) who can deal with a direct report of a solicitor which we will help you put forward.

There is also a section of the SRA dealing with the Indemnity Insurance are of you claim and they will look into any potential incorrect actions on the solicitors behalf when dealing with your claim.

The end result for you is peace of mind when the SRA accept your report and we take your case forward.

The final action for the SRA at tribunal stage is to take away the solicitor involved ability to ever practice law again as well as close down any company condoning their actions.

As an indication of our ongoing cases we are presently taking action against we can show the following organisations who we believe broke several of the SRA Handbook rules and would like any other people who feel they have suffered any of the following problems to contact us and join in our action.
